My name is Leila, I am half Iraqi and half Spanish.

The truth is that I never thought about teaching, it was not in my mind. I studied Spanish philology in Baghdad and after graduating I started working at the Spanish embassy, as well as a bilingual translator.

We I came to Bahrain I started working for the Ministry of Education as a Spanish teacher.

And this is how everything started. I have been teaching Spanish and Arabic since 2010.

I am very happy in my job, and with my colleagues. I love teaching, especially when I see the students moving forward with love.
